Bede's Bulletin Board - Owner's Area
For those of you unfamiliar with bulletin boards or forums, these are used as a means of communicating. A user can read announcements and other users "posts" about a specific topic. In the case of this particular board, each owner will have their own login account issued to them, each horse will have a forum set up in the horses name, and then each owner will be given access to the horse/s they have an interest in. So what!
Announcements about the horse will be posted by the relevant staff for owners to read & comment. Owners will be able to ask questions about their horse as well as to keep in contact with other owners. The only people allowed access to the forum will be these with a direct interest in the horse giving total confidentiality to all discussions. The overall benefit of this system will be to reduce the time taken explaining the same details about a horse to all owners on an individual basis. One announcement can be read by all owners when it is convenient to them. This will eventually give all staff more time to do what they do best - train horses.
Owners who wish to take advantage of this facility MUST send their email address to Melannie via office@ebmurrayracing.com or to the Board's Administrator Admin@ebmurrayracing.com. Either way will work with your details being verified by both Mel and the Administrator.
Please ensure that you supply us with a valid email address!
Newsletters
Many owners will know that Mel is now in the "Rissmore" office and has begun writing a newsletter, "Murray Mail". These newsletters will be made available in the Newsletter section for you to read online or print a copy to read offline. Newsletters will be archived for your future reference. You may also choose to have your copy of the newsletter emailed to you or receive it by standard post. Just let Mel know your preference.
Photo Album
These things tend to speak for themselves, however if owners have a favourite photo that they wish to show of to all, please feel free to submit it - with your caption - to the Webmaster.
